We harvest the Atlantic Ocean just minutes away, turn it into snow-bright flakes and bold blends, then let it ride shotgun on every single thing we serve. Open the door and the ocean walks in with you.

- Salted Caramel Latte – Espresso and house-made salted date caramel swirled with steamed milk, crowned with a whisper of our chocolate chai sea salt
- Mo’s Peanut Butter Cold Brew – Cold Brew blended with peanut butter and a sprinkle of cacao salt that tastes like a boardwalk Reese’s grew up
- The Kai – Ocean-blue spirulina, coconut water, lemons, agave and a dash of sea salt flakes.

Our Story – Born from Cape May Waves
It all started with barefoot mornings on the beach and a deep love for the wild Atlantic that kisses Cape May’s shores. We couldn’t get enough of her magic, so we decided to bottle it, one grain at a time.
Every batch begins with buckets of raw ocean water pulled straight from the Cape May coast. We bring it home to our sun-drenched greenhouse, filter it gently, and then let the Jersey sunshine and salty breezes do the rest. Over eight to twelve slow, lazy weeks the water evaporates under glass, just the way nature intended.
As the tide pulls back, two kinds of salt reveal themselves: bright, crisp sea salt flakes that beg to land on your dinner plate, and soft, mineral-rich magnesium we save for soaking sore muscles after a long day riding waves.
From the Atlantic’s edge to your table (and your tub), every pinch carries a little piece of the Cape May shoreline. That’s the Salty Acres way: sun-kissed, ocean-made, and always just the right amount of salty.
