farmers. With a medium roast profile,
this coffee offers an enchanting fusion of

The journey of this coffee begins on 400
smallholder farms, scattered across the
region, where the coffee bushes of
Caturra, Typica, Catimor, Mundo Nova,
Pache, and Bourbon varieties thrive at
elevations ranging from 1650 to 1800
meters above sea level. The volcanic soils,
rich in nutrients, combined with the
ideal climate of the area, contribute to
the coffee's remarkable flavor
complexity. These precious beans are
meticulously processed through the
washed method, ensuring a pristine cup
of coffee.
