Depending on the time of year, our sea salt can vary in its texture. For the most part our sea salt is a nice FLAKE. These shakers are perfect. Open the one side with smaller holes to allow the flakes to drop out or use the other side for your measuring spoon when cooking. NO grind needed!! No mystery here-- Salty Acres Jalapeno Lime Salt is easy to use, just use it in place of regular table salt anywhere you want to add a kick!
The base of this blend is our Sea Salt, dried Jalapenos from the farm and limes .Perfect on acai bowls or quinoa salad. It is exceptionally good on popcorn, watermelon, chicken and shrimp!
For an especially exciting cocktail, use it to salt a Margarita glass (or for tequila shots!)
