Depending on the time of year, our sea salt can vary in its texture. For the most part our sea salt is a nice FLAKE. These shakers are perfect. Open the one side with smaller holes to allow the flakes to drop out or use the other side for your measuring spoon when cooking. NO grind needed!
Lavender Sea Salt-This sea salt blend compliments anything you would normally use with a lemon accent. Our farm grown lavender and sea salt is great for chicken, lamb, vegetables, cakes, shortbread and chocolate or caramels. It marinades very well with honey. Try making a honey dipping sauce for homemade pretzels! Don’t knock it until you tried it! Great to garnish your favorite martini or cocktail. Perfect for your cheese board and amazing on goat cheese!
